In a world where websites claim to be “do-it-yourself,” it can’t hurt to remember the days when building a site meant hand-coding with a calculator and a solid understanding of the technical details. I started back in 2003, designing and developing websites from scratch, learning the ins and outs of HTML and CSS. This experience has given me invaluable insight, especially when working with my favorite platform – WordPress, one of the most powerful and popular CMS platforms today.
