ink. website design + development is run by Chantal McCulloch in Pemberton, BC. Founded in 2003, ink. takes great pride in producing high quality, beautiful web sites. After living in Whistler for eight years, Chantal has now settled in the neighbouring town Pemberton, which she enjoys with her husband Alex and golden retriever, Moe.

is it strange to love your job?

I graduated from University with BA Honours Psychology — but instead of pursuing my degree, I remained intrigued by the Computer Science courses I had taken which had introduced me to the world of website design. And since then there has been no going back.

After graduating in 2000, I have been actively involved in the design and development of websites. I see design and potential everywhere I look. I get excited about redesigning tired, old websites and making them fresh + new again. I truly love this job.

My current webdesign portfolio is mainly small to medium-sized business sites. In addition to running my own company, in July 2009 I took over ownership of the Sunshine Coast webdesign company Bluefish, from my sister. Since then ink. design has grown! I have met some wonderful new clients, and my portfolio shows a range of websites from local artists to B&Bs, spas, eco-boutiques, clothing designers, event planners and sporting good stores.

Creating modern, beautiful and professional website design is my passion. And my end goal is simple - a website that the client is 100% happy with.
